WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR 3 HOUR SESSION
Your night begins with guided sound meditation facilitated by Ryan Schroter. Ryan incorporates "The Spiral" with Emotional clearings ~ using both intentional breath and the Chinese Meridian points to clear emotional blockages in the body and Chakra System.
Each of our energy centers when in harmony, resonate at a pitch that matches its corresponding bowl from a set of 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. The frequency of each bowl assists in bringing each energy centre back to harmonic resonance.
Your guided meditation is accompanied by a beautiful and nourishing journey of sound played by Ross and Karsha - experience the powerful cleansing vibrations of the (yidaki) didgeridoo, hang drum, flutes, Tibetan bowls and set of 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. You'll blend in with your mat as you feel the sound of these bowls.
